WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHED PROFESSIONALLY?
A large part of selling a property is about making it look as best possible for online and print media purposes. A property that looks good online and on paper will attract more potential home buyers. Many potential customers are moving house from further afield, perhaps even from abroad, and need to be sure about a potential purchase before committing their time in arranging a viewing.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
The prices in this information pack are applicable to any private properties within the boundaries of County Cork. Please contact us if your property is located in another County.
HOW FAST IS YOUR TURNAROUND?
Due to the varying needs of clients and the different characteristics of each package, my turnaround varies from one project to another. Generally speaking though, your estate agent will receive the photographs within 3 working days.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE PHOTOGRAPHS?
If you wish to receive a copy of the photographs please contact us directly. You will then receive a download link for your images via email or a cloud storage solution like GoogleDrive or Dropbox. The photographs will be delivered in Jpeg format.
PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE LICENSING OF PHOTOGRAPHS WORKS?
Similar to published works like movies, pieces of music or writing, photographs are also subject to copyright and licensing. Our clients receive a limited license which is for personal use and includes the following limitations:\r\n\r\n• The photographs are for the personal use of the client only\r\n• They may be shared between family members\r\n• The estate agent will use the photographs to advertise the property on the client”s behalf\r\n• The photographs will remain the intellectual and copyrighted property of the photographer and are deliverable in Jpeg format only
